- This is a very good book on Seurat with very good reproductions of his paintings. Most are printed larger than many of the other books I have seen his work in. I also enjoyed the writing, which though not as exhaustive as some of the other studies available, does a great job of hitting all the high points.

- Very informational about Seurat. Great photos of his works. There are few artists who paint with "dots" called "pointillism" often referred to as "stippling" in the drawing community. I bought this for my husband, and he was quite happy with it. RCL

- Very poorly reproduced. I have another book that is faithful to the piontillist paintings, this one just shows blobs.
